Priscilla Presley was making an unbelievable amount of money from Elvis Presley Enterprises while having no association with the organization.
According to reports, she earned a stunning $900,000 a year despite having no company ownership.
These allegations were made public when Priscilla’s daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, filed a lawsuit against her former business manager, Barry Siegel, in 2018, alleging incompetence in handling her mother’s finances.
Siegel let and encouraged Priscilla to get such a large amount of money every year, according to her lawsuit.
According to the complaint, Priscilla was paid even though Lisa’s mother didn’t own any Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) shares or did any executive-level work that would have earned her such pay.
It also says that Siegel didn’t tell Lisa about the situation on purpose and didn’t do anything to get her an equivalent benefit.
He opposed Lisa’s words in the legal actions she filed against Siegel. Yet, the adverse report may be valuable to Priscilla.
She has been confirmed as a shared guardian of Lisa Marie’s assets with Riley and Benjamin Keough, who will get her money after she passes.
Under this plan, they can get money from her estate if she dies. This week, Priscilla made headlines again when she filed a lawsuit to overturn a 2016 change to Lisa Marie’s trust.
Riley Presley is 33, but Priscilla felt she had to help Lisa Marie with her money because Ben Siegel died unexpectedly in 2020.
Lisa Marie Presley, who died on January 12 at age 54, has been the subject of controversy between her mother, Priscilla, and the Presley Trust.
Priscilla’s attempt to protect her family from what she says is a “money grab” has been questioned, but Priscilla’s lawyer has not yet said anything about it.
Lisa’s 14-year-old twin children, Finley and Harper, are thought to be beneficiaries in the estate that still owns Graceland, Elvis’ renowned Memphis mansion.
Her mother has made it her job to keep the family together and assure the well-being of her three grandchildren, having Lisa in her arms since the day she was born.
In a statement issued, she expressed heartbreak and grief at going on without her beloved daughter. Despite her emotional load, she promised to protect and love those left behind in Lisa’s memory.
