Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell, the daughter of reality star Mama June, is battling stage-four cancer.
According to the source, her diagnosis found that the disease had progressed to other parts of her body, beginning with adrenal cancer.
Cardwell has managed to stay out of the public eye in recent years, with only one recorded television appearance on her IMDb. It was a Dr. Phil episode from 2014.
She had previously appeared in 24 episodes of her younger sister Alana Thompson’s sitcom, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”
Anna Cardwell just got back on Instagram after a long break. Even though her fame is declining, Cardwell is still well-known, just like the rest of her family. She posted about how happy she was to be back and wished her followers well.
Despite not publicizing her condition, she received an outpouring of affection from her fans.
Alana Thompson, better known by her nickname Honey Boo Boo, posted about Cardwell’s health on her Instagram story and asked for sympathy for the Cardwell family, given their current situation.
The message also had a screenshot of the original TMZ story about Anna’s diagnosis. The Thompson family is dealing with this devastating news and is looking for understanding and support from those following their story.
Influencer Hannah Cardwell recently made waves when she disclosed that her father was African-American.
Several of her admirers and followers were surprised, even some who had commented on how “ghetto” her speech sounded.
Thompson responded by posting a TikTok video in which she tried to act like a black person. People who saw the video said she was being culturally insensitive.
Hannah was fine with the criticism. She said she was just being herself and asked everyone to accept the news about her father. She also called out people who judged her wrongly because of her accent or the way she spoke.
Yet, no other members of Cardwell’s family appear to have publicly addressed this matter.
