Dad with Full Body Tattoos Begins Remarkable Change for His Daughter

At 24 years old, Ethan ‘ModBoy’ Bramble, known for his extensive body art, embarked on a remarkable transformation journey. Living in Australia, Ethan has adorned his skin with over 200 tattoos and subjected himself to numerous body modification surgeries, all in pursuit of a unique appearance.

Remarkably, Ethan started altering his body at a tender age, stretching his ears when he was just 11 years old. As he grew, more modifications followed, including the splitting of his tongue and the removal of his belly button. These dramatic changes symbolized an intense form of personal expression.

However, as time went on, Ethan began to second-guess his choices. While tattoos and body modifications were once a meaningful expression for him, he realized the implications of his decisions on how he was perceived by others. It was a tough realization, especially since most of his skin was already covered in ink.

The financial commitment to his modifications was significant, with Ethan spending approximately $60,000 AUD, or about $39,000 USD, on his body art journey.

During an appearance on LadBibleTV’s No Filter series, Ethan candidly discussed his journey. He mentioned, “I guess you could say I regret some tattoos. There’s a difference between regret and wanting to be perceived differently.” This reflection was a pivotal moment for Ethan as he began to acknowledge the way others viewed him, especially around his young daughter.

In one heartfelt moment, Ethan shared, “The face is a big thing that can lead to so many – for some people, not everyone – can lead to a lot of problems for yourself, which I probably wouldn’t want my daughter to have to deal with until she was a bit older. I wish that I had not gone as hectic as I did on my face.”

Ethan courageously began the painstaking process of tattoo removal, seeking to erase his facial tattoos through laser surgery. “I’ve been getting laser [surgery], for pretty much 12 months… We do it in sections, but I’ve probably gone over the full thing six or seven times,” he explained, illustrating his commitment to change.

The decision wasn’t easy, but Ethan acknowledged that many of his anxieties were linked to his appearance. “I started getting it done because of the anxiety and stuff I was getting… Mental stuff is a funny thing to pin down, but I want to think that a lot of the anxiety was from just having a face full of tattoos.

He added, “I’m happy with the way that I look, but I’m also happy with the mentality that over the next two years, my face tattoos are going to become less and less and less. I’m just clearing the canvas.”

Ethan’s journey is about more than aesthetics; it’s about redefining his life not just for himself, but for his daughter, ensuring a future where they can both navigate the world more comfortably.

What are your thoughts on Ethan’s decision to undergo this profound transformation? It’s an inspiring example of someone taking control of their life and choices to set a new path for their family.
