My DIL said their wedding menu would be 100% vegan, and I thought it was ridiculous. I arranged for the caterers to prepare a small meat section. When my DIL spotted it, her face turned white. Then my son suddenly hugged me and said, ‘Thank you for trying, Mom. But this isn’t the time.’
