The President of the NYU College Republicans has been forced to resign after making an “inappropriate” comment about the son of the President of the United States. Kaya Walker, the President of the NYU College Republicans, admitted that Barron Trump was an “oddity” on campus.

“He goes to class, he goes home,” she told Vanity Fair.

Now, Kaya Walker has been forced to step down.

“We have been made aware of a statement made by the NYU chapter President that does not align with the values and principles upheld by our organization,” the statement from the College Republicans of America read.

“Though Vanity Fair and The Independent unfairly framed what was said, upon review, we still found it to be inappropriate. The NYU chapter President submitted her resignation last night.”

Vanity Fair reported that Barron Trump was asked by a classmate at NYU if he wanted to play pickup basketball. The 6-foot-7 son of Donald Trump would probably be quite the asset on the pickup basketball court. However, he was forced to say no.

Barron Trump admitted that he’s “not really allowed to do anything.”

Being the son of the President of the United States has plenty of perks, but there’s a lot of downside, too. Barron Trump’s life at NYU seems to be pretty sad.

Hopefully, he’ll be allowed to do more stuff moving forward – but don’t count on it.

Studying Business at NYU’s Esteemed Stern School

NYU’s Stern School, a prestigious institution with a competitive entry rate where only a small fraction of applicants are accepted, is now Barron’s academic home.

“NYU is highly rated and Barron liked it,” said Donald Trump. Acknowledging Barron’s aptitude, he added, “He has grown beyond childhood and is doing great.”

Barron remains a soccer enthusiast, willing to pursue it at NYU, continuing a passion from his time when he played with DC United’s youth team.

Barron is still under federal protection post-White House. Secret Service protocols ensure his safety, involving discrete security measures to avoid undue attention.
