Teddi Mellencamp, known for her role on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has been dealing with intense headaches, leading to her hospitalization due to the severe pain she was experiencing.
The actress, who appeared on the reality series for three seasons, was informed by her doctors that she has multiple tumors located in her brain.
She shared with her followers on Instagram that the unrelenting pain required her to be hospitalized and, after thorough testing with a CT scan and MRI, medical professionals uncovered several tumors that have likely been developing for months.
Teddi mentioned that two of the tumors were to be surgically removed that very day, while the smaller ones would be treated with radiation at a future date.
Expressing her gratitude, she acknowledged the support from her family and friends and the dedication of her medical team working tirelessly to restore her health. She also thanked everyone who reached out to her and provided her with encouragement throughout her ordeal.
Prior to the surgery, Mellencamp, who had been diagnosed with stage II melanoma the previous year in 2022, documented her experience before undergoing the critical procedure.
Sharing moments from her hospital stay, she posted a photo from her bed and mentioned counting down the minutes until she could see her children.
She also shared a comforting message from her father, rock legend John Mellencamp, who said, “God only gives hard stuff to those of us who can handle it.” Inspired by his words, she expressed her confidence in the skilled hands of her surgical team and her faith in recovery.

Mellencamp shares three children and a stepson with her former husband Edwin Arroyave. The couple parted ways in November, but Arroyave stayed by Mellencamp’s side throughout her medical procedures.
