Constable Mike Mahon sheds some light on how this initiative also aims to prevent online scams. During an interview with CTV News, he mentioned, “If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.” He warns of the need for caution and suggests being wary if someone is reluctant to meet you in a designated safe area.
