We are thinking about and praying for John Travolta and his family as they mourn their tragic loss.

On what would have been Jett’s 30th birthday, John Travolta paid tribute to him.

The actor paid touching homage to his son on Instagram, paying tribute to the 16-year-old who died tragically in 2009. Jett was annihilated due to a head injury sustained during a bathroom attack.

The Grease star posted a black-and-white photo of himself and Jett with a heartfelt statement: “Jetty, I love you more than words can tell.”

“This simple post expressed his great affection for his son after all these years.” I don’t go a day without thinking about you and wishing you were here. Have a fantastic birthday! Regards, your father.

Jett was an exceptional child, born in 1992 and burdened with autism.
His parents, John Travolta and Kelly Preston suffered from learning of a family member’s death while on vacation at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island.

Despite his short life struggles, Jett had a remarkable capacity for joy and made everyone around him smile.

In their statement, John and Kelly stated that “Jett lighted up the lives of everyone he touched” but also expressed regret that “the time we were able to spend with him was so fleeting” – expressing sympathy for the length of his all-too-brief existence.

Ella Bleu Travolta was born in 2000, while Benjamin Travolta joined the family a decade later in 2010. Unfortunately, their mother, Kelly Preston, died in July 2020, at 57, after a courageous two-year struggle with breast cancer.

Grief-stricken John Travolta made his statement public, pleading for tolerance and patience with his family as they grieve.

He also assured his supporters that he could “sense” and feel the overwhelming affection showered on them during this challenging period.
