Moments later, he reappeared at the murder site, where Dylan Lyons was reporting. Without warning, Moses opened fire, fatally shooting Lyons and seriously injuring a colleague behind the camera. Both victims worked for Spectrum News 13, but there seems to be no connection between them and the suspect.
