AMERICAN GOURMET GOULASH

Try making classic goulash for a simple dinner meal that will impress the whole family! This dish combines macaroni noodles, ground meat, tomatoes, cheese, and seasoning.

Goulash is a traditional beef soup or stew seasoned with paprika and other spices. Goulash, which originated in medieval Hungary, is a popular dinner throughout Central Europe as well as other parts of Europe.

We frequently make goulash for supper, and while I’m sure we have a very American variety, we wanted to share our Cheesy Beef Goulash recipe with you today – because it’s wonderful!

It contains noodles, beef, tomatoes, and cheese!! Although we don’t think of our “American Goulash” (or “The elderly Fashioned Goulash”) to be a stew, we love this tasty dish that can be easily customized with your preferred ingredients.

This recipe contains various ingredients, but it is simple enough to appeal to people of all ages. The whole family likes it, and I enjoy it since it is simple and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

2 pound lean ground beef
1 medium green pepper 1 medium onion
1 can tomato juice (32 oz)
